My goal is to assist you on your path in allowing health and wellness, by empowering you with culinary tips and techniques, food preparation classes and demos, consultations, kitchen set-ups, lunch-n-learn’s, and more. Teaching you that making delicious plant based raw and living foods can be simple and fun.
I focus on whole foods that are locally grown, sustainably farmed, organic, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free, free of all animal products, light on the nuts and seeds and heavy on the fruits, veggies, and greens, in season, and most importantly, full of life and love. My approach is low-fat high carb.
