Why Raw Vegan?
Raw vegan foods are the foods that our Divine Creator designed for our bodies to THRIVE on. Anatomically, human beings are frugivores, that basically translates: we are specifically designed to eat plant foods, and in a wide variety, with our primary focus being on fruits, veggies, and greens as our staple foods.

It is our experienced belief that eating raw vegan living foods puts one in direct connection with their inner Divine Source Energy.   Consuming the energy of fear, terror, and death only leads to disconnection from our Divine Source Inner Being, and our own quickened death through dis-ease.   Choose life!   Choose raw vegan living foods!

A few definitions for our newcomers
Vegan:  A person who chooses to eat only foods from plant based sources. No animal foods are found in this person's diet (dietary vegan).  An ethical vegan will choose only to wear clothing that is from natural non-animal sources.  No leather, wool, silk, fur, or other animal's skins/parts are used for clothing.  This person will choose personal care products that are plant derived and that have not been tested on animals.  They will also forgo events that solicit animal cruelty or enslavement such as circuses, rodeos, and zoos.

Raw Vegan:  A person who eats plant foods in their most natural state.   They have been unaltered by heat above 118 degrees F and have not been processed, other than perhaps by being blending in a blender or food processor.   These foods contain all their enzymes and are extremely high in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, bioavailable proteins, carbs, and essential fatty acids (yes, you can get your EFA's from plants).  The choice is first local organic, then organic. Conventional produce is to be avoided at all costs due to the chemical toxicity in them through pesticides, herbicides, fungacides, larvacides, etc.  Some raw foodists will consume honey or bee products, however we do not advocate that here.  Some raw foodists also consume "super foods" such as cacao, spirulina, chlorella, blue-green algae, etc.  We are not proponents of super foods as they can acts as stimulants on the central nervous system and are not classically "whole foods" one would eat if stumbling upon them in nature.

Live Foods:   Live foods are raw foods that are truly still alive.  If you plant them in the ground, they will grow.  These include sprouts, activated nuts/seeds, and fruits and vegetables with seeds.  Fermented foods, such as kombucha, sauerkraut, kefir, rejuvilac, etc. are also considered live foods because the healthy bacteria living in them are alive. However, we are not proponents of fermented foods because, once again, if you find a fermented food in nature, you would not eat it.   Live foods are the best possible foods for the human body.
